Col VS Rajput (Retd.) CEO
Col VS Rajput (Retd) is the CEO of the company. He has experience of over three decades in the army and has deep understanding of Indian Defence needs. He has expertise in C4ISTAR solutions and was leading the Battle Field Management and digital soldier programmes for Indian Army. In addition to being a VP of Rolta Thales Ltd, an Indo French JV, He has been a consultant to International firms for Indian defence and aerospace market. He was also a Director in one of the counter drone and Electronic Warfare companies . With his expertise in strategic tie ups, he has helped numerous clients in mergers and acquisitions. He is known for his acumen Defence Procurement procedure and Quality Control processes. Our Technical team comprises veterans who have vast experience in EW and electronics and communication systems. Besides this, we have young talented engineers from premier engineering colleges who drive our R & D endeavours.

Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Col (Dr) V P Bhagat is the Chief Technical Officer(CTO) of the company. He is B.Tech. (Electronics), M.Tech. (Computer Technology- IIT Delhi), MBA (HR and Finance), Ph.D. (Management) and is Member ISTD and AIMA.
He has over 25 years of experience in the technical wing of the Indian Army wherein he has worked and managed development, integration, installation & life cycle management of the electronics communication equipment (reception as well jamming) in the Indian Army. He was head of Maintenance and Repair Organisation of an Electronic Warfare Group and he has maintained some of the most technically advanced systems in use with the Indian Army. He is well versed in the environmental and maintainability checks and evaluation procedure of the induction of any equipment and systems into the Indian army, a task performed by him as Chief Engineer in the related wing.
Post retirement he served in a Corporate (for over 10 Years ) which was primarily supplying and maintaining communication and computer related equipment hardware as well software to the Indian Army. He has been using his expertise and competencies in understanding currents requirements of the Indian Army in the electronics related field like surveillance, reception, deception, and interruption of the communication, IT and Networking, Cyber Security and AI/ML. He has been mapping the current available solutions in the industry and integration and indigenisation of these, to meet the requirement of 50% Indigenous Content(IC) of the value for made in India requirement of the Government.
